When I try to move files to 2nd drive from SSD, I get the following message : "\Users\Tim\Desktop\desktop.ini is being used" and the program stops. What can I do to fix this?

It's possible that this error is encountered because the Desktop.ini file is being used by another application. To fix it, reboot your computer and try again. If the problem persists, try to stop all start up processes before you reboot the PC again. To do this, go to Start > Run > msconfig and press enter(for Widndows XP and lower) or Start > msconfig (in the search bar) and press Enter. In the new window, go to Service tab and check Hide all Microsoft services option from the bottom of the screen, then go to Startup tab. Here, click on the Disable all button, click Apply then OK and reboot the PC. After this is done, try to use the program again. You shouldn't encounter any error.
